1:1 Personal Training
60 minute in-person training sessions. Work one on one with your personal trainer through expertly designed, adaptive training program that fosters strength, confidence, and long-term success

Semi-Private Training
60 minute in-person training sessions. Receive the personal training experience working in a group of 3-4 other individuals. Work your own, personal program while under the supervision of your expert trainer.

Group Strength Classes
60 minute small group classes. Designed for everyday athletes, competitive athletes, and individuals seeking a high-performance, results-driven strength and mobility training in a supportive environment.

STRIDE
A program for runners who want a plan behind their training
8 weeks of strength training built specifically for runners. Coached, structured, and capped at 10 athletes. You'll know exactly what changed — and why.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm
Starts May 12th.
STRIDE is $397 for the full 8-week program.
Once the cohort fills, registration closes.
